Koolboks Launches Second Class of Graduate Management Trainee Program


Koolboks is excited to announce the launch of the second class of its Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) program. The program is designed to equip young talents with the personal and professional skills they need to become future leaders at the company, has been quite a remarkable experience for all involved and we are glad to celebrate our trainees.


The first class of GMTs at Koolboks has been a huge success. They came from a variety of backgrounds and educational disciplines, passionate about Koolboks and about making a difference in the world. GMTs have played key roles in finding solutions, seeking innovation, and improving operational efficiency.

The GMT program is a rigorous and comprehensive program that covers all aspects of the business, from sales and marketing to operations and finance. GMTs are also exposed to leadership development training and have the opportunity to work on real-world projects with senior leaders at Koolboks. The selection process for the second class is underway, and the new class of GMTs is expected to begin the 12-month training journey in December. The call for applications for the second class of the GMT program opened on the last day of the sales seminar, and the application deadline closed on Thursday, September 21, 2023.
