From October 28th to November 2nd, Koolboks turned the office into a full-on festival for Customer Success Week! We had everything—fancy suits, cool jeans, traditional outfits, and a whole day to just appreciate our amazing customers.

Day 1: Corporate Day
Dressed Like a Boss
We kicked things off on Corporate Day with everyone dressed like they were one Zoom call away from making a million-dollar deal. Suits, ties, blazers—if you squinted, you might think you were in a boardroom scene from a movie. Sure, we looked fancy, but our focus was all about making sure our customers feel like VIPs every day.
Mission: Accomplished!
Day 2: Jeans Day
Comfort is Key
On Jeans Day, we ditched the suits and got comfy. Everyone rocked their favorite jeans and looked like they were ready for a laid-back Friday, even though it was only Tuesday. The goal? To learn how to make customer service feel as comfy as a pair of broken-in jeans. And, let’s be honest—ideas flow better in denim.
Day 3: Koolboks Black on Black
Celebrating Our CEO’s Signature Style
Koolboks Black On Black Day was something special. Not only did we all look sleek and stylish, but we also honored our CEO, whose signature color is—you guessed it—black! Our entire team suited up in black to celebrate his vision, and it felt like we were part of the coolest crew in town. We spent the day learning everything there is to know about our products, so we’re always ready to answer customer questions with confidence. With everyone dressed in CEO-approved style, it was a day of unity, learning, and serious swag.
Day 4: Koolboks Cultural Day – A Fashion Show!

Day 5: Customer Appreciation Day
Our Customers, the Real MVPs
Customer Appreciation Day was all about showing love to our customers. We shared stories of how our products are changing lives, from helping small businesses keep food fresh to bringing light (literally!) where NEPA left the chat. This was our time to give a massive shout-out to the folks who make Koolboks what it is.

Day 6: Team Outing at JJT Park
Work Hard, Play Harder
After a week of dressing up, learning, and celebrating, we wrapped it all up with a team outing at JJT Park. We ditched the office for a day in the sun, where the only goal was to chill, have fun, and bond. Games were played, laughs were had, and memories were made. By the end of the day, we were ready to take on anything...
